Together, we’ve recycled over 300lbs of beeswax since 2020. The Beeswax Exchange is a recycling program that incentivizes the collection of beeswax scraps. Join our community in recycling beeswax and receive recycled candles in return.
How it works:
Review the terms of use listed below.
Collect at least 8oz of beeswax.
One exchange = eights ounces. Have more than eight ounces? Purchase as many exchanges as necessary.
Mail-in the beeswax.
You will find directions within your order confirmation.
Wait for candles in return.
We’ll confirm when it arrives. You’ll get recycled taper candles in return.

• Your purchase validates your agreement to the terms of use.
• Customer is fully responsible for shipping their wax to the provided address. The $5 fee contributes to processing and returning the recycled candles.
• An exchange begins processing upon email confirmation of receiving a customer’s beeswax.
• We accept 100% beeswax only. Please submit candle scraps, butts, drippings and any other leftover wax. Yes, we accept candle scraps from other beeswax candlemakers. We also accept blocks of beeswax.
• Please remove stickers from the base of candles before shipping.
• We do not accept bleached wax, dyed wax, scented wax, pellet wax, honeycomb sheets, or wax blends.
• We do not recycle the aluminum containers from Tea Lights nor glass vessels from Glass Pillars. Customer is responsible for removing leftover wax from containers.
• The Beeswax Exchange requires a minimum of eight ounces. The exchange formula is as follows: four ounces = one taper. Tapers are hand dipped using recycled beeswax submitted from all over USA. A recycled taper burns for approximately four hours.
• Discounts do not apply. Wax recycled through the Beeswax Exchange cannot be substituted for cash value and/or store credit.
• We are not responsible in the unlikely case of a lost or damaged parcel by USPS.
